WoW-Pwnage reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Site at any time and without prior warning.

WoW-Pwnage is not responsible for the content or accuracy of the Information to other sites accessible on the Site, nor is responsible for the existence of a link to this Site on other sites.

A nominal reference to one of these sites or to a service or product does not presume the agreement of WoW-Pwnage for the content or accuracy. The user assumes all risks associated with its use.


Guaranties

The Information contained in this Site can in no way have a contractual and / or official value.

Responsibilities

WoW-Pwnage is not liable for any direct or indirect incidents (including, but not limited to: loss of data, profits, income, customers, or any other similar economical problem) that might arise from the use of, or inability to use, the Information, the Site, or any linked site.


Maintenance

Administrators rely on volunteer members (hereinafter the "Moderators") to maintain the overall quality of the Information and compliance with the rules. Moderators are not paid and are acting under their sole responsibility; Administrators can therefore in no way be held responsible for actions of the latter.


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and guarantee WoW-Pwnage against any claim or action, losses, and expenses (including court fees) resulting from the violation of the Terms of Service, copyright infraction, or public order troubling.


Intellectual Property

You agree to use the Site in a strictly legal context, particularly in respect of intellectual property law or other related regulations.

WoW-Pwnage grants you the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the Information contained in the Site when you only sign up for your personal use, which excludes any commercial operation at local, national, or international level.

Litigation

The TOS and the relationship between you and WoW-Pwnage are subject to the Law of the Netherlands. In the absence of agreement, any dispute would be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.

• Valid reason to demand the abolition of the Information.

Any modification of these terms can be made at any time without prior publication or announcement.

Note: these rules apply if you are sending ANY payment type to anything related to Wow Pwnage Game Servers. Refund Policy
WoW-Pwnage will not provide refunds under any circumstances. If you are banned, you will not get a refund. If you do not favor the service, you will not get a refund. If you unexpecedtly did not receive your donation award, and don't have any proof of your donation, you will not get a refund. You may appeal your donation refund on the forums, and we will review your case. But we 95% guarantee that you will receive your donation award. But if you're not ready to take these minute risks, please refrain from donation to WoW-Pwnage. It's not integral for you to donate, it's completely optional and at your own risk.

Donation Exchange

If you for any reason have your donation item damaged, broken, lost, etc... you will not receive an exchange unless you have opaque proof of your donation. You may present an un-edited screenshot of your donation receipt. You may also email your donation receipt to the Game Master assisting you in your donation award(s). The Game Master has the authority to replace your donation item if he feels the receipt you've presented is real.

Donation Rewards

When you donate to WoW-Pwnage, it is understood that you're actually "donating" at your own risk. Donation items are exclusively rewards for your consideration into donating to WoW-Pwnage. You're not paying for any service, you're donating to keep our servers up. We're not selling virtual items, when you donate, you take the risk(s) invovled in donating as listed in the "Refund Policy".

We do NOT do any Refunds.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, our subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, that may be made by any third party, that is due to or arising out of your conduct or connection with this web site or service, your provision of Content, your violation of this Terms of Use or any other violation of the rights of another person or party.
